What a negative focus on a solid and even hum...Wow. What a negative focus on a solid and even humble response by West. This news brief seems to hone in on only the negative aspects of his statement ("For any way my own folly", etc.). This looks like some selective editing. <br /><br />Among other things, West did not compare Hefner to JPII in a favorable light--the host did. I've seen him speak on this issue and watched it again on YouTube ("The Playboy and the Pope"). He was merely saying that both recognized that sex, in its essence, was very good. On his videos on You Tube, <br />West then goes on to point out how the two then radically depart. JPII reveals the beauty and truth of sex; Hefner denigrates it. I think we need to cut this guy some slack. From what I understand, he's leading many to the truth of Catholic teaching.CaliforniaDreamin'noreply@blogger.com
