Jesuit Father James Martin talks about the importance of joy in spiritual life and at the same time provides enough material for at least one night of stand-up at the Improv in this funny and informative address to the National Leadership Roundtable on Church Management at the Wharton School in Philadelphia. Warning: It clocks in at thirty minutes, but it's worth the time. After all, where else can you get your hands on that many tasteful religion jokes? But seriously folks...
